- Free software updates: With a minimum of 4 releases a year you can benefit from all the latest measurement planning features, Virtual Tools and integration at no charge.
- Telephone and email support from your local GapGun distributor.
- Access to our self-service portal for case tracking.
Software updates
The latest customer release of the GapGun software is SPC3d_5.0.253 (released 13 Nov 2008).
Please contact us for a download link, specifying either your support contract number, or listing a serial number of your GapGun handle or data collector.
Download files using secure download (you will need a tracking code).

If you purchased your GapGun through a reseller, please contact them for support (for contact information see distributor listings)
Any customer that needs to transmit files to Third Dimension or their reseller can use our secure upload facility.
Self-service portal
Self-service allows any GapGun system user to register support cases, monitor progress, and browse solutions.
Registered self-service users can login below; if you would like a self-service account, email support@third.com, including either your support contract number or the serial number of your GapGun handle or data collector.
